What you'll encounter in the Louisiana marsh
The main attraction — prehistoric giants up to 8 feet. Aggressive and plentiful in Louisiana marsh. Found in massive numbers on every charter.
Invasive species wreaking havoc on native fish populations. Fast-moving and challenging to shoot. Great warm-up targets.
Large, slow-swimming bottom feeders found in shallow marsh. Easy targets — great for first-timers getting their feet wet.
Common in brackish marsh waters. Redfish are especially prized table fare — you keep what you shoot.
Distinctive striped fish found around pilings and structure in the marsh. Tricky to hit but very rewarding.
Flatfish found in shallow water near sandy bottoms. Challenging to spot and hit — a true test of bowfishing skill.
Seasonal guided hunts only (not bowfishing). Traditional rod-and-reel and bang-stick methods during the legal September season. Call for pricing.
